There is a minefield of different theories and techniques, many of which are valid and useful. However we are not slaves to academic theory; we cut through the confusion & use the best, adapted and tuned from our real experience:

We have direct experience identifying and understanding leadership and character styles, using techniques such as 'Daniels Enneagram' to ensure the person and the role can achieve the maximum.

We understand learning cycles such as 'Kolb' and can use our expertise to incorporate this within physical activities and interesting, challenging environments. Our expertise within the outdoors industry and rescue background brings unique and exciting but safe scenarios, which will gain clients attention.

Awareness and disclosure can be powerful tools, such as the 'Johari Window', but must be carefully managed. Our aim is to develop team work, developing shared goals and ambition; critically ensuring that achievement is also recognized and shared.
