- We understand real and effective team work: we have huge experience running one of the countries busiest Cave & Mountain rescue Teams. We manage volunteers, specialist personnel and other rescue services to act as a team, in often stressful and difficult situations.
- We bring strong business management expertise and understanding. We are passionate about the need to embrace effective change management, team and partnership working in today’s business climate.
- We have strong public sector experience, with first hand experience managing the challenges facing the public sectors changing role and working practises.
- We are experienced & adaptable working with a wide variety of age groups and physical abilities.
